Work with different organic or recyclable materials that end up in the garbage, such as pieces of wood, paper, metals. The subject is to transform what, before being born and is already destined to end up in the trash: promotional magazines, beer cans, silk papers that wrap new shoes, among others. Iryna relives these materials through weaving, collage, painting, and installations. Iryna is worried about being a witness and also part of the massive and unconscious consumption. Hence, her artistic action, in essence, is a reflection on the impact that her own footprint leaves on the world and, perhaps, unconsciously, is also an attempt to minimize it.
